If you order an item in stock, it will generally go within one or two business days after the order is placed. On the rare occasion If we can not fill the order within that time, we will contact you to let you know why and when. We ship using DHL so typically you will receive your order within a week.
If you need to make a change to your order, please let us know through the contact page and we will help make the changes as best as we can.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Typically, DHL also sends an email, so if our email gets lost, check your inbox for an email from DHL.
As a small company, we typically rely on the preorder system to bring a product out. We do runs in small batches so units do go out of stock frequently. By placing a pre-order, you are guaranteed a unit from the next batch at the price advertised at the time of order. We try to provide a reasonable estimate for shipping, but there are times when delays happen. We also try to improve our products with each run so that can also add to delays. We appreciate your support and patience when we try to complete the run.
Black Corporation will cover shipping and repair or replacement for any defects for up to a year. After that time, we typically make most repairs on us if you cover the shipping/customs/duties if they are small and simple. For more complicated repairs, we will clearly explain necessary costs. It is important to note any damage caused by the customer (for example, using the wrong screws to screw in the rack ears), will more than likely incur some repair charge, but we try to be flexible.
